Welcome to the revolution, comrade! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ThinkWear Collective website (thehoodedtops.com) and all purchases made through it. By accessing our site or purchasing our rebellious wear, you agree to these terms – consider it your initiation into the fashion resistance.
1. The ThinkWear Collective Manifesto
We’re a collective of fashion revolutionaries offering:
- Subversive clothing and accessories (from political tees to cartoon-inspired hoodies)
- Art-infused apparel featuring works by Clive Goddard, Hadrian Richards, and other radical creators
- Quality garments designed to make statements and spark conversations
Our products are available to fashion rebels worldwide, though some territories (particularly in Asia and remote regions) remain beyond our revolutionary reach due to shipping limitations.
2. Joining the Movement (User Responsibilities)
To maintain order in our revolution, you agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and payment information when ordering
- Use the website only for lawful purposes (no hacking our manifesto)
- Not reproduce, duplicate, or resell our products without permission
- Accept that personalised items are final sale (the revolution doesn’t do U-turns)
- Check your order details carefully before submission – we can’t be held responsible for revolutionary typos
3. The Revolutionary Supply Chain (Orders & Payments)
3.1 Placing Your Order
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase which we may accept or decline. Our acceptance is confirmed when we send your order confirmation email.
3.2 Payment Options
We accept these forms of revolutionary funding:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- JCB
- PayPal
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. International comrades may see currency conversion fees from their banks.
3.3 Order Processing
We’ll process your revolutionary gear within 1-2 business days (weekends and bank holidays excluded). You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships from our Birmingham stronghold.
4. Delivering the Revolution (Shipping Policy)
We offer two shipping options for spreading our fashion insurrection:
- Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL/FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Orders over £50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates – sometimes the revolution faces delays at customs checkpoints. Some remote areas may not be serviceable (our apologies to comrades in those regions).
International orders may incur customs fees – these are your responsibility (blame the system, not us).
5. Changing Your Revolutionary Style (Returns & Refunds)
5.1 The ThinkWear Promise
If your order doesn’t spark joy (or revolution), you’ve got 15 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange, provided:
- Items are unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
- Proof of purchase is provided
- Non-returnable items are excluded (see below)
5.2 Non-Returnable Items
Some items are too revolutionary to take back:
- Personalised Products (made specifically for you, comrade)
- Leggings (for obvious hygiene reasons)
5.3 The Return Process
Email our revolutionaries at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide return instructions within 48 hours. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
5.4 Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for faulty items).
6. Intellectual Property (Our Revolutionary Ideas)
All content on this website (designs, artwork, text) belongs to ThinkWear Collective or our radical artist collaborators. You may not:
- Reproduce our designs without permission
- Use our brand name or artwork for commercial purposes
- Claim our revolutionary ideas as your own
The artwork on our products is licensed from artists like Clive Goddard and Paul Trevillion – resale is permitted but commercial reproduction is strictly forbidden.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for revolutionary perfection, ThinkWear Collective isn’t liable for:
- Delays caused by postal services, customs, or acts of rebellion
- Minor variations in product color or design (each revolution is unique)
- Incorrect care resulting in damaged garments (follow those washing instructions, comrade)
- Any indirect or consequential losses
Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales – though we’d prefer to settle them over a pint in our Birmingham stronghold.
9. Changing the Terms of the Revolution
We may update these terms occasionally. The latest version will always be on our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
