1. The ThinkWear Promise
We stand behind every subversive stitch in our collection. If your order doesn’t spark joy (or revolution), you’ve got 15 days from delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Consider it your cooling-off period after the fashion uprising.
2. What Can Be Returned
Most of our rebellious wear qualifies for returns, provided:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags are still attached
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items:
Some items are too revolutionary to take back:
- Personalised Products (these are made specifically for you, comrade)
- Underwear & Leggings (for obvious hygiene reasons)
3. The Return Process (Simpler Than Organizing a Protest)
- Email Our Revolutionaries at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below to speed things up.
- Wait for Instructions – Our team will send you a returns authorization and the Birmingham stronghold address within 48 hours.
- Pack It Up – Securely package your items (original packaging preferred) and include your order number.
- Ship It Back – Use a trackable shipping method (the return shipping cost is your responsibility, unless the item is faulty).

4. Refunds: Funding Your Next Revolution
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days
- Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund – financial institutions move slower than fashion trends.
5. Exchanges: Changing Your Revolutionary Style
Want a different size or design? Follow the return process above and specify you’d like an exchange. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original, with no additional shipping fees (unless upgrading to faster delivery).
6. Faulty Goods? We’ll Lead the Charge
If your item arrived damaged or defective, email us immediately with photos. We’ll either:
- Send a replacement pronto (faster than a viral protest meme)
- Refund you completely, including original shipping costs
7. International Returns (Global Revolution Has Its Challenges)
For comrades outside the UK:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- We can’t refund original customs/duties (blame the system, not us)
